Elizabeth and Jono were married on a perfect June day last year. I just adore this family! We had the pleasure of designing flowers for Laura and Derek\u2019s wedding a few years back, and I was so excited when their mom contacted me again for Elizabeth\u2019s wedding.<\/p>\n
Elizabeth loved color! We did a spring photo shoot maybe 3 or 4 years ago now, and it was so well received, I\u2019ve had a few brides request this similar color scheme! So we played with this palette but using flowers that were appropriate for June.<\/p>\n
Colors such as coral, peach, blush, and soft blue were used and the fan fave of them all, the coral charm peony. THIS FLOWER NEVER GETS OLD!!!! Frankly, peonies never get old! But there is something so special about the coral charm, and it is indeed my personal favorite.<\/p>\n
Elizabeth and Jono had a church ceremony so those flowers as well as the bouquets and boutonni\u00e8res all stayed soft and neutral.<\/p>\n
We played with all the fun colors for the reception which was a nice contrast to the white wash of the tent and the surrounding views of the LI Sound.<\/p>\n
Elizabeth was absolute perfection in her Herrera gown and her face was just beaming into the night. I don\u2019t know if there\u2019s even an image of her not smiling away! She just radiated beauty.<\/p>\n
Dancing into the evening, a ubiquitous sparkler exit and a boat ride to whisk these two away was the official end to this perfect June wedding.<\/p>\n
No doubt about it, June weddings are gorgeous.<\/p>\n
